I have an xbox 360, its always been working fine, then randomly it starts to have problems, i will turn on my xbox and i can hear the sounds, but no pictures appear. There are no red lights and no error messages. Since you can turn your xbox one on with the controller, it may seem to turn on by itself if the controller is malfunctioning.

If so try going into device manager and maybe going to the usb root hub i think it is, and turning off *allow this device to power the pc*. This has been happening randomly over the course of a year. Does your xbox one turn on and then off by itself even in entirely irrelevant situations? I'm not part of the beta client and have updated all the latest drivers but i can't figure out why this is.
